DAY 1:- NJP TO GORUMARA TRANSFER
Day 1: Commencing on the first day, guests will be picked up from NJP and transferred to a resort located in close proximity to the Gorumara forest. Following check-in, guests will have the opportunity to partake in a Gorumara forest jeep safari (at their own expense) after lunch. Overnight accommodation will be provided at Gorumara.
DAY 2:- A FULL-DAY EXCURSION
Day 2: After breakfast, guests will embark on a tour of Jhalong, Bindu, Jaldhaka, Paren, Sumsing, Suntalekhola, Rocky Island, and Laliguras. Overnight accommodation will be provided at Gorumara.
DAY 3:- GORUMARA TO JALDAPARA TRANSFER
Day 3: Following breakfast, guests will check out from Gorumara and proceed to Jalapara. En route, guests will visit South Khoerbari. After lunch, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a Jaldapara forest jeep safari. Overnight accommodation will be provided at Jaldapara.
DAY 4:- A FULL-DAY EXCURSION OF JAYANTI
Day 4: After breakfast, guests will visit Jayanti, which includes Pukri Lake, Chunia and Bhutia Watch Tower, Chota Mahakal (optional), and Rajabhatkhwa Museum. Overnight accommodation will be provided at Jaldapara.
DAY 5:- ALIPURDUAR STATION DROP
Day 5: On the final day, guests will check out from the resort after breakfast and visit Coachbihar Rajbari and Madanmohan Mandir. Upon completion of the tour, guests will be transferred to New Alipurduar Station for their onward journey.

- A designated vehicle shall be made available for the purpose of transportation, including pick-up, drop-off, and all scheduled sightseeing activities as outlined in the itinerary.

- All tourist attractions will be visited in accordance with the scheduled itinerary of the tour.
- The duration of the tour and the number of overnight stays shall be in accordance with the specifications outlined in the package.
- Accommodations will be allocated on a per-family basis.
- The meal plan will be provided on a Modified American Plan (MAP) basis, wherein breakfast and dinner will be served for a duration of four days. It is to be noted that on the day of departure, only breakfast shall be served.
- The parking fee for each vehicle is Rs. 200, which is to be paid solely at the time of retrieval.
- Any personal expenses incurred during the tour shall be the sole responsibility of the individual.
- The individual is solely responsible for covering all costs associated with entry fees, guide charges, jungle safari, and any related expenses.

- The guest is required to remit 50% of the total package cost at the time of Check In to settle the balance.
- In the event that the balance payment is to be made by the booking agency, it is imperative that said payment be settled prior to the Check In process.
- Kindly note that in the event that the agent fails to remit payment for the package cost within the stipulated time, we reserve the right to collect the outstanding balance directly from the guest. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of the room reservation.
- We exclusively accept payments in cash at the time of check in.

- Children aged 0 to 3 years are entitled to complimentary admission.
- Children between the ages of three and eight will be charged 50% of the package cost.
- Children who are over the age of eight are considered fully chargeable.
- In the event that a booking has been made, a mandatory deduction of 25% of the total package cost shall be applied.
- In the event of a cancellation occurring between 15-30 days prior to the scheduled booking date, a fee amounting to 50% of the total package cost shall be imposed.
- In the event of a cancellation occurring between 8-14 days prior to the scheduled booking date, a fee amounting to 70% of the total package cost shall be imposed.
- In the event of a cancellation occurring within 0-7 days prior to the scheduled booking date, a fee equivalent to 100% of the total package cost shall be imposed.
- The advance amount shall be deemed nonrefundable for peak seasonal dates.
