1. A designated vehicle shall be made available for the purpose of transportation, including pick-up, drop-off, and all scheduled sightseeing activities as outlined in the itinerary.

3. All tourist attractions will be visited in accordance with the scheduled itinerary of the tour.
4. The duration of the tour and the number of overnight stays shall be in accordance with the specifications outlined in the package.
5. Accommodations will be allocated on a per-family basis.
6. The meal plan will be provided on a Modified American Plan (MAP) basis, wherein breakfast and dinner will be served for a duration of three days. It is to be noted that on the day of departure, only breakfast shall be served.

5. The advance amount shall be deemed nonrefundable for peak seasonal dates.
